Grevillea ‘Loopy Lou’ (2022) pencil on 100% cotton rag, framed 60x67cm.

I interpret the natural world in drawings that emphasise the contours and textures of plant and animal forms, exploring their intricate beauty on the macroscopic and microscopic scale. One focus is the human body, with pencil and charcoal drawings of the human form interacting with the everyday world. Recently, I have concentrated on contemporary botanical drawings in coloured pencil, bringing attention to the wonders of plants and their importance in our natural environment.
